IODINOL 100ml

Composition 100 ml. Active substance: 0.1g iodine.
Excipients: 0.3g potassium iodide, 0.9 g poly (vinil alcohol), water purified till 100 ml.
Pharmacology. Iodine - has antiseptic action. It has bactericide effect of Gram+ and Gram-bacterias, pathogenic fungi and yeasts. Destroys spores of the anthrax virus. The drug is less toxic.
Uses and Administration. Chronic tonsillitis, chronic purulent otitis, chronic atrophic rhinitis, chronic periodontitis, purulent wounds, skin trophic and varicose ulcers, 1st and 2nd level thermal and chemical burns grade I and II.
Local- rinse, external - gauze napkin compresses.
Contraindications: sensitive to its components, toxic thyroid, dermatitis, herpes, pregnancy and breast feeding, childhood, up to 18 years.
Side effects: Allergic reactions: Prolonged use of time possible "iodism" symptoms, skin rash, rhinitis, tearfulness, nasal and bronchial secretions abundant, high saliva flow, mucous membrane swelling.
Storage: Stored at temperature not exceeding 25°?, protected from light and away from children.
Shelf life: 3 years.
