Rapid local anesthesia
The combination of procaine and benzocaine blocks nerve impulses, providing fast and reliable relief from pain at the application site.
Refreshing antipruritic effect
Racemic menthol gently irritates nerve endings to create a cooling sensation, effectively distracting from severe itching and discomfort.
Targeted vascular response
Menthol promotes dilation of superficial blood vessels, which significantly enhances the local anesthetic efficacy of the other components.
Comprehensive pain management
The synergistic action of the three active components blocks multiple pain pathways, efficiently easing neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia.
