Liquid Dosage Forms
High-precision automated bottling, capping, and labeling lines engineered for oral drops, syrups, herbal extracts, and antiseptic solutions (10 ml to 200 ml). The facility operates in controlled cleanroom environments equipped with inline peristaltic dosing, volume inspection, and hermetic sealing. Our extraction and maceration units utilize certified pharmaceutical-grade active ingredients and medicinal plant raw materials, complying with European Pharmacopoeia and GMP standards. Continuous automated monitoring guarantees batch-to-batch consistency and physicochemical stability.
Semisolid Dosage Forms
Dedicated processing area utilizing modern vacuum homogenizer units to produce exceptionally uniform and stable therapeutic ointments, medical creams, and dermatological gels. The vacuum emulsification system eliminates micro-air entrapment, preserving active ingredient integrity and ensuring smooth product rheology. High-speed automated filling lines equipped for aluminum and laminate (plastic) tubes, as well as pharmaceutical jars. The line incorporates precise volumetric dosing, hot-air or crimp sealing with embossed batch and expiration dating, and automated seal integrity inspection.
Powders & Topical Formulations
Homogeneous dry blending of active pharmaceutical substances, antiseptic minerals, and specialized bases for dermatological dusting powders, baby powders, and topical treatments. Production runs under strictly regulated relative humidity and temperature conditions to prevent caking, ensuring ultra-fine, velvety dispersion and optimal skin adhesion. Automated packaging solutions for topical applications into multi-layer barrier foil sachets and precision filling into polymer dusting powder bottles with dispensing sifters. Hermetic sealing provides total barrier protection against ambient moisture, preserving active ingredient stability throughout shelf life.
