High osmotic activity

The macrogol base effectively binds inflammatory exudate, drawing it out from deep tissue layers into the dressing to rapidly eliminate edema.

Action in purulent environment

Chloramphenicol fully maintains its reliable antibacterial qualities even when active pus and necrotic tissue masses are present.

Deep cellular conduction

Macrogol 400 acts as a target carrier, easily penetrating deep tissues without membrane damage to deliver the antibiotic to hidden pathogens.

Accelerated tissue repair

Integrated methyluracil works to accelerate cellular regeneration, advance local tissue immunity, and support step-by-step wound healing.
