Area Of Application
Indications For Use- • As an anti-pediculosis remedy to eliminate head lice;
- • Comprehensive therapy for skin diseases (various types of eczema, dermatitis, pyoderma, diaper rashes).
Method To Use
Application InstructionsExternally. Apply a thin layer to the affected area; do not apply to extensive skin zones.
- • For pediculosis: apply 10–15–25 g of ointment (depending on hair density) to the scalp, wash off with warm water after 20–30 minutes, and carefully comb out with a fine comb.
- • For dermatitis: apply strictly to non-damaged skin zones. Maximum course: 5–7 days.
Contraindications
When Not To Use- • Individual hypersensitivity to boric acid or petrolatum;
- • Impaired renal function (renal diseases);
- • Acute inflammatory skin disorders at the application site;
- • Pregnancy and breastfeeding periods;
- • Pediatric age (children).
Precautions
Safety Information- • Never apply the ointment to hair-covered areas in case of acute skin inflammations, or onto mucous membranes.
- • Strictly avoid contact with eyes.
- • Do not treat the skin of breasts before breastfeeding a child. Consult a physician before starting therapy.
