  • Externally, locally. The preparation is applied by dusting the powder over the affected skin areas using a sterile gauze napkin. The required amount depends entirely on the wound area and varies from 1 to 5 sachets.

Precautions

  • • Discontinue immediately at the very first symptoms of hypersensitivity.
  • • Patients with prior sensitivity to furosemide, thiazide diuretics, or sulfonylureas may show cross-sensitivity to Albucid.
