Composition per 100 g Active substance – 90 g glycerin. Excipient – 10 g purified water. Pharmacotherapeutic group A drug with dermatoprotective and skin softening effects. Medicines used to treat constipation ATX code D11AX А06AG04 Pharmacological properties Laxative for local use. Mildly irritating on the rectal mucosa and reflexively stimulates peristalsis. Helps soften stool. When applied externally, it has a dermatoprotective effect, softens the skin and mucous membranes. Pharmacokinetics Glycerol is practically not absorbed into the skin, but is well absorbed by mucous membranes shells. Indications for use Constipation of various origins (including habitual, age-related, with limited mobility). Dry skin and mucous membranes (for external use). Directions for use and dosage regimen Rectally - children under 6 years old are administered up to 5 ml, adults and children over 6 years old 5 - 15 ml, 1 time a day, preferably 15 - 20 minutes after breakfast. Method of rectal use: microenema 5ml and 10ml is ready for use. It is necessary to open the plastic bag, remove the cap from the applicator and use required volume.
