Composition per 100 g Active substance – 90 g glycerin. Excipient – 10 g purified water. Pharmacotherapeutic group A drug with dermatoprotective and skin softening effects. Helps soften stool. When applied externally, it has a dermatoprotective effect, softens the skin and mucous membranes. Pharmacokinetics Glycerol is practically not absorbed into the skin, but is well absorbed by mucous membranes shells. Directions for use and dosage regimen Rectally - children under 6 years old are administered up to 5 ml, adults and children over 6 years old 5 - 15 ml, 1 time a day, preferably 15 - 20 minutes after breakfast.
